Staging Consultation and Report

We will walk through the home room-by-room with the homeowner and offer specific details on how to arrange furniture. We will also advise you on what to edit and pack, and ‘shop’ the house for accessories and art to place in a way that will appeal to most potential buyers.  

We will create an action plan while the homeowner takes notes and assess everything from curb appeal to bathroom closets and everything in between.   

We will supply a comprehensive written report to be delivered within 48 hours.

Occupied:
Home Staging

If you decide after the consultation that you would prefer we do the staging for you, we will work with the furnishings in your house and arrange them in a way that will maximize the space and give the buyer an inviting feeling. 

We will stage the main living areas of the house (generally the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen).  We will create an inviting space that will appeal to the buyer’s emotions using proven staging techniques.

Accessory
Rentals

After the consultation, you may decide to tackle the To Do list yourself but still need that final touch with accessories, art, lights, etc. 

We have accessory rental packages that start at $100/room (monthly fee).  You may also add this on to the occupied home staging package and we will add the finishing touches with our inventory of art, pillows, home décor and light furniture.  

Interior Redesign Services

Let us come into your home and decorate and rearrange your own furniture, accesories, and artwork. Learn to love your house again. We will use our design expertise to arrange furniture, decorate shelves, choose paint colors, create focal points and make you fall in love all over again.

Design/Shopping Services

Let us help you pick out new furniture, lighting, fixtures, accessories, etc. We can help shop for these items and use our trade discounts to get you great prices on quality products.
