Staging Consultation
We will walk through the home room-by-room with the homeowner and offer specific details on how to arrange furniture. We will also advise you on what to edit and pack, and ‘shop’ the house for accessories and art to place in a way that will appeal to most potential buyers.
We will create an action plan while the homeowner takes notes and assess everything from curb appeal to bathroom closets and everything in between.
We will supply a comprehensive written report to be delivered within 48 hours.

If you decide after the consultation that you would prefer we do the staging for you, we will work with the furnishings in your house and arrange them in a way that will maximize the space and give the buyer an inviting feeling.
We will stage the main living areas of the house (generally the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen). We will create an inviting space that will appeal to the buyer’s emotions using proven staging techniques.
